Soft dB is expanding its Sound Masking Division across Canada with two key moves, strengthening our presence in two of Canada's largest markets.
Joining the team as regional sales manager for the Greater Toronto Area, Kira Kiteley brings experience in sales and client relations, most recently in the office furniture sector, along with fluency in English and French. As a seasoned business development manager, Dimitri Ingrassia, spent two years developing Soft dB's Toronto territory before moving to Montreal, where he'll work with architects, engineers, and facilities managers across Greater Montreal. Both moves reflect the ongoing growth of Soft dB's sound masking business in North America.
Kira Kiteley Joins Soft dB Sound Masking Team as Ontario Sales Manager
Soft dB is thrilled to welcome Kira Kiteley to the sound masking team as Ontario Sales Manager, based in the Greater Toronto Area.
Kira brings a well-rounded background in sales and client relations, most recently as a Sales Advisor at Harkel Office, where she spent over two years building strong client relationships in the office furniture space. Her career path is anything but one-dimensional: she has worked as a bilingual customer service agent at Accenture, served guests at the historic Fairmont Château Laurier, tutored students in languages, and even spent a summer as a Naturalist Heritage Interpreter at Awenda Provincial Park with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. That range of experience, spanning public and private sectors, hospitality, education, and operations, gives her a versatile, people-first approach to sales.
Kira holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in International Management from the University of Ottawa, completed through the French Immersion Option, and is professionally fluent in both English and French.
Outside of work, Kira is an outdoor enthusiast through and through. She loves camping, mountain biking, and hiking, so don't be surprised if her stories from the field include a trail or two.

Sound Masking Business Development Manager Dimitri Ingrassia Moves to Our Montreal Office
Next up, Soft dB is excited to share that Dimitri Ingrassia, MBA, is relocating to our Montreal office as Business Development Manager for the Sound Masking Division, now covering Montreal and the Greater Montreal area.
Dimitri has spent the past two years building the Toronto and GTA territory for our sound masking solutions, working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and facilities managers to bring projects across the finish line. He has grown the sales pipeline through proactive account development, technical demonstrations, and educational initiatives like his "Lunch & Learn" sessions, helping the market better understand the value of speech privacy and productivity solutions.
Before joining Soft dB, Dimitri worked at Fradette Sport, where he combined consultative sales with social media content creation to strengthen the boutique's brand. He holds an MBA in Global Business from Université Laval and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Management and Marketing from Judson University, where his accomplishments included multiple Student Athlete of the Week honours and being named to the Elgin Sports Hall of Fame.
Originally from the Marseille area in France, Dimitri is a devoted football (soccer) fan. As he puts it, if you see him smiling on a Monday, his team probably won over the weekend. If not, give him until lunchtime.
